You should because if you ain't having fun in our industry it means you are not doing it right.
This is the only industry that you get excited every morning you wake from bed.
The reason is because you are certain that even if you are not working in a particular day, other people are building the business for you.
Yes that is called leverage.
That one concept beats every other jobs in the cooperate world.
Here you make money while sleeping.
You can sacrifice one year to build a team that will generate money to you for life.
That is the smartest thing to do.
We rock in the network marketing profession.
The amazing fact is that your old believe system can't remain the same once you plug into our industry

Ok lets go into the business of the day.
Our last training I promise to specifically point out the things I did to recruit alot of people into my team. By that I mean what I specifically did to hit diamond rank in my company in less than a year.
I am going to do that now
The idea I'm about Sharing isn't a new idea
Many of us may have heard before but trust me many people who have heard are still yet to understand it.
Why I'm saying this is because they keep on asking me how I was able to recruit 22 people in a week
I have explained it over and over again...... I am still going to explain it today.
I told us last time that your success is not really about what you do but it's about how you do what you are doing.
Someone can join your network marketing company today and over takes everyone within 6months.
At the same time someone can be In that same company for 10 years without archiving anything.
This means that it's not really about being in a company but it's about what you do in the company.
Your energy will certainly produce the results you are looking for.
Here is what I mean
Many people may be using WhatsApp group to build their network marketing business but that is not a guarantee for success.
If you don't attached lots of energy to your group, your prospects won't be affected by that energy.
Ok
let me make you understand better.
Here is it;
selling is the transfer of enthusiasm from the mind of a Seller to the mind of a buyer.
uv got to understand that your prospect will only join you if you are able to transfer Your energy from your mind to his or her mind.
That is how they join you.
Irrespective of the platform you are using to recruit people, it doesn't matter.
Whether WhatsApp
Facebook
Instagram
Blog
Twitter
Offline seminar hall
Or any platform.
If you can't transfer your enthusiasm (energy) from your mind to your prospects mind,
Nothing for you.
How I wish I can make you understand that you are the one that is preventing people from joining you.
Your prospects will certainly pick up your energy level regarding your business and reflect it back to you.
That is it.
If you have a low energy regarding your business trust me, you won't succeed in this business.
If you can catch fire about your business other people will certainly come to see you burn.
You can deliberately set one week to catch fire about your business.
That was how I RECRUITED 22 people in a week using WhatsApp.
STEPS I USED THEN
I created a WhatsApp group and assigned 2 hours daily for private invitation.
I used two hours to invite prospects privately to the group. If you used two hours, you will be able to invite at least 200 people to your group daily.
Out of your 200 invitees 50 may join the group..... comparing this with inviting 200 people to your offline seminar centre, you will agree with me that this is simpler.
After my two hours invitation, any invitee that joins the group, I'll call the person either through WhatsApp call or a real call. I will explain the vision of the group to the person.
It's not everyone that will like to do this but I did because I understood that successful people do things that the unsuccessful people will never dream of doing.
This made most of my prospects believe that I was serious.
I did this for one week
During this one week, I did presentation morning and evening.
I wasn't stingy with assigning prospects to my downlines. I clearly told most of them that I want everyone to grow. I assigned prospects to my members cus we had a target.
Everything affected everything.
2 hours invitation,
Calling and welcoming prospects once they join your group,
Doing presentation twice daily morning and evening,
Registering and posting registration testimonies.
All these activities left most of my prospects with no other option than to join me because the energy, enthusiasm in the group was too much.
I was able to clearly communicate with them that I want to push most of my members to stage 3 within a month if we worked together.
With my commitment and enthusiasm, they started believing in the vision and these made most of them to tell their friends about our vision.
This is what I believe. If you can set a target that you want to reach in 1, 2, or 3 months later now in your business. And you communicate it passionately to your prospects and team members. They will believe in you and the possibility of your team reaching that target.
I may not really know how this works but it does work.
Set a target now. Explain the vision repeatedly to your prospects and team members. Let your actions, activities and commitment reflect the possibility of you reaching that target in your business.
If you sincerely did this, your prospects and team members will believe in that vision and you will see them working with you to manifest that vision.
Your team members may not be active because they don't have a target.
Your prospects may not join you because you haven't explained to them how you intend to help them succeed.
You have to be specific. If you can help them see how possible it is they will join you.
People will only want to join you when they see that you've got a direction. You need to lead your people, clearly design your plan of action and repeatedly announce on your group.
If you are serious, I mean passionately involved in the task, it will show in your commitment to succeed, it will automatically draw people to you.
I did these within a week and I was able to register 22 people personally.
It was these 22 people that I started my team with. I repeatedly showed them this approach, some implemented it while others ignored.
The ones that implemented it, duplicated the process and that was how i hit diamond in less than a year.
It started with the one week burst of energy.
These things are not really difficult to do but the problem is if you will do them.
If you did that, you may register more than 22 people in a week.
Decide to assign one week strictly for your business.
Those things require discipline which generates a higher form of energy which attracts prospects to join you.
If you did that, you will recruit many people in a week than you do in 2 months.
You can amend different things there to suit your kind of person but I want you to understand the concept and the energy behind it.
